'I feel defrauded by bank over CPP'

A man from Cardiff tells Radio 4's PM programme he feels "defrauded by his bank's fraud department" after he was pushed into taking up insurance with CPP.

He was speaking as it emerged that millions of people could be in line for compensation after being mis-sold identity theft products by CPP.

Thirteen banks and credit card firms have agreed to provide up to £1.3bn towards a new compensation scheme.
