CBI calls for 'bold decisions' on infrastructure
The government should take 'bold decisions' on infrastructure, according to the Confederation of British Industry (CBI).
A new report showed that two thirds of businesses questioned by the CBI thought the government's infrastructure policies would have no significant impact - and could even damage the economy.
However Katja Hall, chief policy director at the CBI, believes that certain improvements to aviation and internet networks could be beneficial.
She told BBC Radio 5 live's Wake Up to Money, "We do need some bold decisions for the long term, and a really ambitious digital infrastructure plan would be part of that."
