Hong Kong Express rebrands itself as a low-cost carrier

Hong Kong's only low-cost carrier is set to begin flying this weekend.

Hong Kong Express used to be a full service airline but has recently transformed itself in the hopes of cashing in on Asia's budget aviation revolution.
