Banking with dementia: 'I can't understand numbers'

Twenty-three financial companies are working with the Alzheimer's Society to train bank staff to help people with dementia.

Trevor Jarvis has vascular dementia and told BBC Breakfast that he found it hard to operate cash machines as he "can't understand numbers".

Graham Lindsay from Lloyds Banking Group explained how the bank was speeding up the process of enabling someone to have power of attorney.
