'Distribution costs for most customers will come down'

Energy regulator Ofgem has told five of the six electricity distribution companies to cut costs for consumers.

Mark Wiltsher from Ofgem said they would be looking at the resubmitted investment plans in the summer, "to see if they cut the mustard."

"We believe that distribution costs for most customers are going to come down," he continued.
