Motorola hopes to connect to India

India is second only to China in having the world's largest number of mobile phones.

But launching a new smartphone in one of the world's most populous nations is always a challenge.

Motorola is trying to do that with their newest product called the Moto E. They hope it will help make the smartphone market more affordable and accessible.

Shilpa Kannan spoke to Magnus Ahlqvist, corporate vice president for the Asia Pacific at Motorola, and began by asking why he thought the new phone would work in India.
