South Africa's winemakers shake-up the industry

Few visitors to Cape Town leave the city without touring the nearby vineyards in Stellenbosch and Paarl.

It is a multi-billion dollar industry and a solid export earner for the South African economy, but it has not always been a sparkling success. In the recent past the viticulture sector had some of the country's worst labour practices and relations.
