Moscow residents react to dramatic interest rate rise

Russia's central bank has raised interest rates from 10.5% to 17%.

The dramatic rate rise was meant to strengthen the currency. But Russia's rouble went into free-fall on Tuesday, falling repeatedly to record lows in trading.

On the streets of Moscow, the reaction from members of the public has been relatively muted.
