Credit card firms misinforming customers, suggests survey

A number of credit card companies are misinforming customers about their legal right to a refund on faulty or damaged goods, a survey suggests.

Personal finance website money.co.uk found that some credit providers were wrongly telling people they must contact the original retailer, or rejecting claims without giving a proper explanation.
