AirAsia flight QZ8501: Recovery operation 'to end'

The chief executive of AirAsia, Tony Fernandez has told the BBC that the search for the remaining bodies and wreckage from flight QZ8501, which crashed in the Java Sea in December, will end in the next "four or five" days.

Speaking to the BBC's Jonathan Head, Mr Fernandez said the recovery operation could not go on indefinitely and they had been in contact with the families.

The cause of the crash - AirAsia's first fatal accident - is still unknown.
