Pioneering start-ups in Vietnam

Thuy Truong created the first Vietnamese technology company to be bought by Silicon Valley before her 30th birthday.

A serial entrepreneur, she returned to Vietnam after being educated in the US to set up up a frozen yoghurt chain in 2008.

Another business then followed, before she hit the big time with her third company - a social messaging application called Tappy.
