TalkTalk boss on what customers need to know

The head of TalkTalk has apologised to customers after personal and banking details of up to four million customers were accessed in a cyber attack.

The company were also sent an email demanding a ransom from a group purporting to be behind the security breach.

TalkTalk chief executive Dido Harding answered questions from BBC viewers.
