30under30: Are young business women underestimated?

Young business women from the BBC's 30under30 series talk frankly about being underestimated by men while they were setting up their companies.

Some were asked about their plans to have families, while others said men assumed they would "pour the tea" in a business meeting.

They also talk about how being a woman has helped them start their business, and about being role models so that more women can follow in their footsteps.

You can find our 30 entrepreneurs talking about their experiences in under 30 seconds each on our special report .
