Interest rates: 'It was an easy decision to make'

The Bank of England has cut its forecast for economic growth for this year from 2.5% to 2.2%.

Mark Carney, the governor of the Bank of England, has also been talking about the Bank's latest decision on interest rates.

Its rate setting committee voted 9-0 to keep rates at 0.5%.
