Would you buy sweets if labels warned you how much exercise it would take to burn them off?

Would a label on a chocolate bar telling you it would take the average person 40-minutes to run off its calories stop you from buying and eating it?

Shirley Cramer, chief executive of the Royal Society for Public Health, suggests a simple icon on food packaging showing how long you would need to walk, run or swim to use up the calories, could help tackle the amount of unhealthy food people eat.

The Ouch team discuss their opinions on the idea and how it would work for disabled people.
