Universities told to widen access

The BBC has got the details of the government's new national scholarship programme for England - due to be published tomorrow.

It spells out how a £50m fund will be used to get students from poorer homes into the top universities.

As Reeta Chakrabarti reports critics say the scheme does not go far enough.
