Lord Hill: 'We will listen to schools with an open mind'

The government has been defeated over its decision to scrap England's school building programme.

Six councils had claimed that the decision to scrap the projects was unfair and unlawful. The High Court has ruled that in five of these cases, the government action amounted to "an abuse of power".

Education Minister Lord Hill spoke to the BBC.
