Cameron proposes 'targeted help' for problem families

David Cameron says he wants to set up a network of "trouble shooters" to help the most troubled families in England.

He said families where parents were not working, or had family members with mental health problems or addictions,and truanting children would be among those assigned their own dedicated worker.

Labour say ministers have cut Family Intervention Projects and the work councils had been doing on the issue.
