Are grammar schools better than comprehensives?

Kent County Council has voted to allow a grammar school to open a new campus.

It will lead to the first major expansion of a grammar school in England for 50 years.

It is against the law to open new schools but they can extend to other sites.

BBC Radio 5 live Breakfast asked Robert McCartney, who is the chairman of the National Grammar School Association, and Fiona Millar, a writer and journalist specialising in education, if we need more grammar schools.
