Election 2015: UKIP unveils 'properly costed' manifesto

UKIP has launched its election manifesto with promises to pull out of the EU, limit immigration, and reduce taxes for low and middle-income households.

Party leader Nigel Farage said UKIP was the only party which had properly costed its policies and had them independently verified.
