The constituency where main parties do not field a candidate

As the election nears there is one constituency where, due to a quirk of the political system, you cannot vote for one of the three major parties.

Buckingham is the safe seat of the Commons Speaker, John Bercow - and the only one of 632 seats in Britain where none of the three major parties is fielding a candidate.
