Carwyn Jones denies 'second rate' health care in Wales

Carwyn Jones has denied claims that Wales gets "second rate" health care following devolution.

Teacher Angharad Roche from Cardiff said she was disappointed at Welsh Labour's record on cancer treatment in particular.

Mr Jones said cancer patients got treatment more quickly in Wales than in England, despite the latter's cancer drugs fund.
