The Northern Soul scene is brought back to life in film

In the late 1960s and early 1970s, dance floors in Northern England were full of teenagers in bell bottoms and long skirts perfecting spins and flips - as the Northern Soul movement took hold. Martin Compston tells Breakfast News about grabbing his dancing shoes for his role as Joe.
