Joanna Lumley makes Broadway debut in La Bête

Actress Joanna Lumley has made her Broadway debut, playing Princess Conti in La Bete, alongside a star-studded cast, including Bafta award-winning actor Mark Rylance and Emmy award-winning actor David Pierce.

The comedy by American playwright David Hirson is set in 17th Century France and ran successfully in London before coming to Broadway.
