Couple's war-time resistance to the Nazis re-published

Two years ago, a German novel was published in Britain and the United States which was barely known in Germany.

It was hailed on both sides of the Atlantic as a masterpiece and went into the best-seller lists.

Hans Fallada's Everyone Dies Alone is about a Berlin couple's war-time resistance to the Nazis.

It is now about to be re-published in Germany where it was published in 1947 but then forgotten.
