Culinary legacy: Roux chefs unite

A new television series brings together the acclaimed chefs, the Roux brothers, and their two sons.

Albert and Michel Roux opened Le Gavroche in the late 1960s and it became the first three-starred Michelin restaurant outside France. The brothers passed their wealth of culinary knowledge to their sons, Alain and Michel Jnr.

All four joined BBC Breakfast for their first joint interview.
