Larry Hagman: Ken Kercheval's tribute to Dallas co-star

Tributes have been paid to Larry Hagman, who played TV villain JR Ewing in Dallas, who has died at the age of 81.

Hagman, who had suffered from cancer and cirrhosis of the liver, died in hospital on Friday afternoon, according to a family statement.

Linda Gray, who played his on-screen wife Sue Ellen in the drama was by his bedside when he died. She described him as her "best friend for 35 years".

The actor Ken Kercheval who played JR's long time nemesis in Dallas, Cliff Barnes, says he enjoyed working with Larry Hagman.
