BBC Three to be axed as on-air channel

The television channel, BBC Three, is expected to become an online-only service, as part of the corporation's cost-cutting plans.

It means programmes on the channel would only be available through the iPlayer, rather than Freeview, satellite or cable.

The BBC's David Sillito reports.
