Mark Lawson on his departure from BBC Radio 4's Front Row

Mark Lawson presented BBC Radio 4 arts programme Front Row for 16 years.

Two years ago he was accused of bullying and he left – the BBC say by mutual agreement, while he says he was sacked.

Mr Lawson's new book, The Allegations, has just been published. It is about a man accused of bullying his colleagues. But he says it is fiction and he started writing it long before he left Front Row.

He speaks to Sarah Montague about the reasons he left the organisation.
