Study says no need to delay pregnancy after miscarriage

Women who have had a miscarriage do not need to wait before trying to get pregnant again, according to a new study by the University of Aberdeen.

The findings, published in the British Medical Journal, counter international guidelines that women should wait at least six months before trying again.
