Cameron defends proposals to change NHS in England

David Cameron has defended proposals to change the NHS in England, as more than 400 health experts have written to the House of Lords urging them to reject the legislation.

The letter warns that the changes will make the health service too commercial, erode trust and affect patient care.

Mr Cameron insists that most public health professionals support what they're trying to do.
