Fifa medical chief: Footballers 'abusing' painkillers

Fifa's chief medical officer Professor Jiri Dvorak tells the BBC footballers are routinely "abusing" painkillers and anti-inflammatory drugs.

He discusses his research into the use of such medication at the 2010 World Cup, and talks about how its overuse could lead to long-term health problems.
