Cameron: NHS 'performing well'

David Cameron has said that the NHS is "performing well" but that "a greater emphasis on standards of care" is needed.

Speaking to 5 Live, the prime minister defended plans for a new "friends and family" test which will see all hospital patients asked whether they would recommend the place they were treated in.
