Chewing tobacco: Baseball's unhealthy habit

Earlier this year US sports fans were stunned by the death of a beloved baseball star, Tony Gwynn.

He had been ill with salivary gland cancer, which he blamed on the widespread baseball tradition of chewing tobacco.
