Why does no one want to be Speaker of the House?

It's one of the most plum jobs in American politics - third only behind the president and vice president in terms of power. Yet the Republican party is struggling to fill the job of speaker of the US House of Representatives, after John Boehner announced he's stepping down.

Filmed by Ian Druce; edited by Bill McKenna. Produced by Sarah McHaney and Mat Morrison.
