Cartoonists aim to show pen as mighty as Saud

When nothing was heard from Saudi cartoonist Abdullah Jaber for 10 days some of his fans feared the worst.

The artist broke his silence on Twitter to reveal that the Saudi authorities had banned his work from being published in the kingdom's newspapers.

The news has prompted other Arabic cartoonists to take up their pens to show solidarity with their colleague and protest against censorship.
