Microsoft launches Internet Explorer 9

Microsoft has launched its new web browser and made it available for download.

The software giant says Internet Explorer 9 has higher graphic capabilities than its rivals.

It says IE9 has an advantage over competitors like Google's Chrome because it can use of all of a computer's processing power.

UK Windows business Director Leila Martine showed Rory Cellan-Jones some of the new features.
