Obama's battle against climate change loses support

Ban Ki-moon, the Secretary General of the United Nations, is urging delegates from 200 countries to make meaningful progress at the climate conference in the Mexican city of Cancun.

While China is still the biggest creator of greenhouse gases, President Obama's ability to change things has been more or less blocked because of the fall in support for the Democrats.
