Shuttle Discovery rolls out to launch pad
The US shuttle Discovery has rolled out to the launch pad at Kennedy Space Center for what should be its final mission.
The shuttle completed its seven-hour, 3.4-mile, journey from the Vehicle Assembly Building to Launch Pad 39A at 0755 GMT (0255 EST).
Discovery is scheduled to lift off for the International Space Station on 24 February, taking a storeroom for the facility, along with supplies and spare parts.
