Europe's ATV space freighter blasts off from French Guiana

Europe's giant space freighter, ATV-Edoardo Amaldi, has launched from French Guiana.

The unmanned robotic truck will be taking supplies to the International Space Station.

It is the biggest space vehicle servicing the station now that the American shuttles have all been withdrawn from service.
