IBM interns discuss their software research
In the opulent setting of Hursley House in Hampshire, home of the Research and Development laboratories of IBM, 16 handpicked British university students have spent the last 12 weeks developing technology answers to everyday problems identified by the computer giant's own R&D staff.
Extreme Blue is a residential summer internship run worldwide by IBM that is now in its 11th year.
The BBC's Zoe Kleinman caught up with some of this year's students to hear about their software breakthroughs.
