Motorola HC1 headset computer put to the test
Motorola has developed a new mobile computing device - but this time it is not a smartphone.
The company has developed what it calls a "headset computer". Fitting over the head with camera and eyeview attachments, it is designed to give a hands-free experience to workers in tough environments, like engineers or rescue teams.
It allows users to access documents and real-time information with voice command or turn of the head - while also streaming video back to base.
The BBC's Mark Gregory was given exclusive access to the kit with one of its developers, Paul Reed of Motorola - he asked him if the technology had wider applications.
