App shows how coffee consumption could affect your sleep

If you are a coffee addict, UP Coffee is an iPhone app that lets you add and track your caffeine intake throughout the day and over time. It also provides further information about its effects on your body and sleep times.

In her review of websites and apps, Click's Kate Russell looks at apps tracking coffee consumption, self-destructing message apps and a site teaching coding becoming multi-lingual.
