How to choose a virtual private network?

A virtual private network (VPN) can make an internet connection more secure, private or allow access to content which might be blocked in the country of origin.

But not all VPNs are made equal and some might be better suited to an individual's particular needs than others.

BBC Click's Kate Russell explains what to look for when choosing a VPN provider.
