Passengers stranded as holiday firm Sun4U collapses

A British travel company has apologised to customers after it collapsed, leaving 1,200 of them stranded in Spain.

Some have been asked to pay again by their hotels.

The Birmingham based Sun4U has also warned that some of its customers may have trouble getting home.

The company has blamed the volcanic ash cloud and the failure of one of its tour operators Goldtrail for its collapse.

Clare Marshall reports.
