Spending review: Social housing reform most radical for generation

The chancellor's reform of social housing is the most radical for a generation with some new tenants likely to be paying rents nearer the market rate.

Labour say the changes will be devastating.

But the government claims that despite cuts to the housing budget there will be more homes built.
