Remount trainer on adjusting from Army to civilian life

Cuts to the Army of 7000 servicemen and women by 2015 have been revealed in the government's defence review.

The transition to civilian life is rarely easy, and so a charity called Remount has been set up to help soldiers due to leave the Army.

Remount trainer Richard Wilson joined the Army when he was 15, and served for 40 years.

He talks to Caroline Wyatt about his personal struggle, and how he uses his insights to train the new generation of soldiers leaving the Army.
