Charles meets Cornish flood victims

Prince Charles has visited flood-hit areas in Cornwall, meeting people affected by the floodwaters.

The Duke of Cornwall visited St Blazey and Lostwithiel and said his "heart went out" to the people whose properties and businesses were damaged.
