UK students face variation in fees

On Thursday MPs will vote on whether to increase tuition fees for higher education in England.

One of the consequences of the new system will be a marked difference in how much students pay - depending on which part of the UK they come from, and where they go to university.

The fees could vary by thousands of pounds.

Graham Satchell is at the University of Chester.
