Could the 7/7 bombings in London have been prevented?

The BBC has obtained new information that questions whether MI5 could have done more to prevent the London bombings in 2005.

This week the inquest into the 7/7 attacks will consider whether the bombers could have been stopped with a senior MI5 officer giving evidence on Monday.

The BBC's PeterTaylor has this exclusive report.
